Ayaz Shaikh
Well-known Indian sailing coach and competitor. Earned a reputation for his tactical brilliance in competitive sailing, particularly in the 470 Class. Gold medallist at the Deloitte Monsoon Regatta 2013 in Hyderabad. Key member of the Army Yachting Node (AYN), where he has consistently delivered strong performances in major sailing championships. Has also competed in European sailing events. As Coach, Yachting Association of Maharashtra he has shaped champions in windsurfing like Naavy Kaku and Raj Patil.

Ishan Roy
Over the past 8–9 years, Ishan has gained extensive experience in sailing, diving, and vessel operations, logging approximately 70,000 miles—including 15,000 as a delivery skipper for Class 40 racers and 40–50ft blue-water cruisers. A few highlights of his qualifications: • Certifications: Yachtmaster Ocean (sail, commercially endorsed), PPR, STCW, Seafarer’s Discharge (Curaçao), and a valid B1/B2 visa. • Diving Expertise: PADI Divemaster with over 500 dives, including underwater search and recovery. • Kitesurfing: Certified IKO Instructor with experience managing a kitesurfing and diving school, overseeing operations, hospitality, and activities.
